Well, the answer is a strict no. The feature has been added to enhance the security of the iOS and if someone can bypass it, it would not only be a shame on the company, but it would also be illegal in the eyes of the law. Apple would try to fix the bug as soon as possible in case a way is devised to break the activation and just get the Apple ID in front of their eyes.
